Using this site
These pages describe roofing services offered in Mantua Township, New Jersey and the surrounding towns. They are provided for information. Using the site means accepting the terms set out here.
The text, photographs and layout belong to us, or are used here with permission. Taking them for use elsewhere is not permitted.
Nothing here is a quotation
Nothing on this site is an offer of work at a price. Figures become real only in writing, after somebody has been out and looked at the roof, and those figures set out what is included.
Service descriptions are general. What a particular roof needs is decided on the roof.
Figures and changes
Written figures are itemised and hold for the period stated on them. Where the covering comes off and the boards beneath are worse than they looked from above, the extra work and its cost are agreed with you before it is done. Any manufacturer warranty is subject to that manufacturer's own terms, registration and conditions.
Scheduling and weather
Roofing depends on the weather. We will not open a roof we cannot make watertight the same day, which means dates occasionally move. We tell you as early as we can, and a date moved for weather is not a breach of anything.
