Who we are
About the Crew Working Mantua Township Roofs
Small enough that the person who priced your roof is standing on it when the work happens, and local enough that every job stays visible from the road.

How we work
One roof at a time, both figures on every sheet, and the same faces from the first look to the last sweep.
How we got here
Why there are always two numbers
Because of how often we were called in behind somebody else. A homeowner holding a single figure with no idea what it bought. A repair sold on a roof that was finished. A replacement sold on a roof with eight good years left in it. Every time, the same root cause: only one number was ever on the table, so there was nothing to judge it against.
So we changed the shape of the visit. It costs nothing, it ends in two figures rather than one, and the scope behind each sits underneath it. If that means talking somebody out of work this year, that is a fair trade for being the people they ring in three.
The crew is deliberately small. One roof runs at a time, the people who priced it are the people on it, and the street gets to look at the result for the next twenty years. That is a better reason to do it properly than anything we could print here.
What we hold to
Four things that do not bend
- 1
Nobody prices a roof from the ground
Every number follows a climb. There is no version of this that starts with a guess from the kerb.
- 2
The smaller job gets offered first
Where a mend genuinely answers it, that is what we lead with. The replacement figure sits beside it so the gap is visible.
- 3
The crew does not change halfway
No handing the work to a subcontractor once the paperwork is signed. The same faces start it and finish it.
- 4
The site is left clean
Magnet across the grass and the drive twice, debris gone the same day. You should not be finding nails in June.
The easiest way to judge us is the free part
Have us look at the roof and read what comes back. There is nothing to sign and nothing to pay for that.
