What this page covers

This describes how we handle information about people who contact us about roofing work in Mantua Township, New Jersey and the towns around it. It applies to this website and to the calls that come from it.

There is no form on this site, no mailing list and no account to set up. The only route to us is the telephone number on every page, so nearly everything below concerns what happens on a call.

What we take down

When you ring, we note your name, your telephone number and the address of the property so we can find it and come out. If you describe the trouble we note that too, because it decides what gets loaded on the truck.

At a visit we photograph and measure the roof, and we keep those photographs alongside the figures produced from them. Where work goes ahead and the covering is registered with its maker, that registration carries your name and the property address to the manufacturer.

Why we keep it

To do the thing you asked for: answer the question, arrange and carry out the visit, prepare the figures, do the work, file any manufacturer registration and come back if something needs attention afterwards.

Photographs and measurements of a roof we have worked on are kept so that a later question about that roof can be answered against what was actually there rather than from memory.

Who else sees it

The crew working at your property, and nobody else as a matter of routine. Where a job needs it, details go to a supplier delivering to the address, a container or equipment provider, the manufacturer where the covering is registered, and the township when a permit is applied for. Where you are making an insurance claim, the documentation goes to whoever you tell us to send it to.

We do not sell, rent or trade information about you, and your number does not go to anybody for marketing.

This website

The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies of its own, runs no analytics and carries no advertising or tracking pixels. Our host keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.

Links to other sites appear occasionally. Once you follow one, that site's practices apply rather than ours.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that never become work get cleared out once they are plainly stale. Records of work carried out, including photographs, figures and invoices, are kept for as long as we might need to stand behind that work or are required to keep a record — for instance where it relates to a manufacturer registration.

What you can ask for

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep a record. Ring the number on this site. You may also ask us to stop contacting you, and we will.
